To help keep things smooth and fair for everyone, please take a moment to review our booking policy below: ✨ Booking & Deposit A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final service total and guarantees your spot in our schedule. ⏰ Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens! We totally understand. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule within this 12-hour window, your deposit will be credited toward your new session. No-shows or same-day cancellations (less than 12 hours' notice) will result in a forfeited deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. 📅 Running Late? If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. More than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a no-show if we cannot accommodate the delay. 💬 How to Reschedule To reschedule, simply use your confirmation link, text us, or email us. 💖 Thank You!
